Reservations and Cancellations

For your convenience, we work with prior reservation of packages. You will be able to enjoy your trip without worrying about the operation of your tour.

Other unforeseen conditions will be clarified on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with the agency’s rules.


For greater convenience on your tour and commitment to providing the service by Sunrise Turismo, we suggest that you make a prior appointment. We work with a small number of people, as we value excellence in customer service and safety protocols.

To secure your place:

1) Pay 30% of the total value of the selected package(s), bank transfer or cash.

2) Send proof of payment to Whatsapp +55 21 98376-4698 or to and inform:

  • The full name and ID of each customer;
  • A telephone number (Whatsapp) and an email for contact;
  • The name and scheduling date of the chosen package(s).

After processing the payment, our customer service team will contact you to confirm your reservation.

Please note that prior reservation is not mandatory, but the agency gives preference to paid and proven appointments in advance, as we work with limited spaces to better serve our clients.


Voluntary cancellation of scheduled, paid and proven services must respect a minimun period of 72 hours.

The value of the service purchased may be converted in full to use new tourist packages, promotional or otherwise, or a refund may be requested, which will be 80% of the amount paid for the service.

The use of credit can be requested at any time, always subject to the availability of places and will consider the current value of the package, even if the price has been readjusted.

In the case of a cancellation request made within a period of up to 7 (seven) days before the date of performance of the previously scheduled service, the amount paid and proven will be refunded in full, respecting the right to regret the purchase.

Punctuality is one of our values. Therefore, if customer does not show up at the established time, it will be considered a “no-show” and the full price of the package will be charged; Even in the case of prior payment, no amount will be refunded.

The customer’s delay tolerance will be 5 minutes; after this period, it will be considered an absence (“no-show”).


From pick-up to completion of the tour, the client must follow the contracted schedule. Therefore, any changes to the package routine will be subject to the agency’s approval.
